Water throbbing in ear for 8 months

I am getting desperate. In August of 2017 I went to the doctor and said I had water in my ear. She said it would go away on its own, but it hasn't. Since then I have gone to the chiropractor, an acupuncturist, used all sorts of ear drops to get water out of ears, and have had my ears candles; nothing has helped. The water sound is in my right ear, and when I lean my head forward or to the right I hear it swooshing, and it will occasionally make a throbbing sound throughout the day, but it ALWAYS throbs quite loudly at night. Can anyone help me? Please!

Also i think the water is in eustachian tube, not in the ear canal. Gargling with salt water and honey lemon also seems to be helping me in getting rid of the liquid in the ear. I have also cut down on diary which also helped me.
