Watery, bloody discharge from lump near Anus

Hi Everybody
I do apologise in advance for my graphic description of a problem I am experiencing, but I'm hoping someone could help me identify what could be causing my issue.
In recent months I have developed a lump right next to my anus, and for the past couple of days it has been rather painful. I woke this morning and noticed the pain had subsided a lot, so I decided to give myself a wipe and noticed the lump had reduced in size, but had left behind a watery, pink coloured discharge (I'm presuming the pink is caused by blood). This is an ongoing issue that happens on average once every month or two. My bowel movements never change, and blood present when I do have a bowel movement is very rare, but does occur, however the next part of this post will explain why this happens.
Now, I've not been well for the past few years, I'm able to function fine, but I just have this general sense of feeling unwell. I experience a lot of bloating, stomach and bowel churning / gurgling, tired a lot, weak and lethargic, some abdominal cramping but not often at all, and an almost constant feeling like I am on a boat. I've had so many tests and procedures done to try and find the causes of my problems. I've had numerous colonoscopies (some with biopsies and polyps removed which were benign), sigmoidoscopies, endoscopies, scans, blood tests, urine tests (specifically the 5-HIAA urine test that looks for signs of tumors) and stool tests, and the only real issues ever found was the fact that I have internal hemorrhoids (quite bad ones from what I can gather from reports, and the reason why I get rectal bleeding rarely with some bowel movements) and constantly raised faecal calprotectin results around the 250 - 300 mark. I have had the odd blood test come back with slightly raised platelet levels, which could be attributed to anything and is never constant, and one blood test that showed high allergy marker results, however since I stopped eating dairy products this has reduced to normal levels. As a result of all my tests, doctors and specialists have diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. There is talk of me having a small bowel MRI, although this has been put on hold due to recent pandemic of Coronavirus, however the specialists are pretty sure it will show nothing, my last colonoscopy with biopsies revealed my colon, rectum and terminal ileum looked perfect (minus the hemorrhoids). I have been told that there are no real sinister issues going on, and have eliminated cancer as a cause.
With all that information can anyone please give me some ideas of what this lump, that periodically likes to inflame and burst every now and again, next to my anus is please? I'm suspecting a Fistula or some kind of abscess, but would be grateful to hear anyone's thoughts and views on this.
Many thanks for taking the time to read this and I look forward to some responses.
