Watery eye after cataract surgery

on 14 January this year had cataract surgery in my left eye, everything was fine till 2 weeks after when I developed macular edema. I continued to take 2 types of drops( don't remember the names now) for another 3 months or so. In May the problem was resolved. Around the beginning of July my left eye started to water and therefore blurring a bit my vision. It bother me a lot when I go out as I need to wipe my eyes quite often and need to put on sunglasses as it seems to decrease the watering of the eye.

my doctor said it could be blefaritis but don't have sticky eyelids in the morning only some very tiny white discharge, almost invisible.

i read that there are 2 kinds of blefaritis. Reading about the causes for blefarities one that could fit mine is through trauma of the eye (cataract surgery) because before surgery never had any problems at all with my eyes.

Anyone out there has similar problems?

I had cateract surgery 2 months ago on both eyes. My left eye is also tearing a lot. I have advised the doctors. During the procedure the doctor had an incident and he bump the inside of my eyes. I was sedated but not all the way out because I felt it. I started moaning because it was very uncomfortable. I didn't say anything right away. But that trama is why my eye is leaking I am sure.

I have the same problem in my right eye. It's been three weeks and still very blurry. I also have a dozen small floaters that I never had before, indicating I think bleeding from the surgery.

I'm starting to worry that even with hot compresses, eye drops and sodium chloride ointment, it's not going to get better.

I had cataract surgery in my left eye January 2021. I have the same problems that everyone is talking about and it has been 3 months now. Watering eye, uncomfortable feeling like I'm wearing a bad fitting contact, eye twitching and eye spasms. Has anyone come up with a remedy? I am using warm compresses and using Thera Tears (preservative free) as often as I can each day. I see the posts were from a long time ago. Has anyone been relieved of these symptoms? Does it go away?
