watery thing is coming out from PCNL hole done for kidney stone removal

My father had PCNL for kidney stone. aa tube was placed in back side with a hole, this tube was removed on surgery day. a stent and a catheter is stilll inside. sometimes during sitting on the lavatory sheet some urine is leaked from catheter side and sme drops are leaked from the wound hole. we are doing the dressing regularly. the culture test of urine is negative. antibiotic is going on. i want to know why the watery thing is still coming from the back side incision hole. please guide. thank you in advance.

    Not sure if this is normal. I have a kidney stone but am told PCNL is too risky as the stone is very near the liver area.

    I would get in touch with the consultant who removed the stone.

    I had the same surgery on Tuesday. The hole will close up eventually. Mine is still draining urine. I just keep lots of gauze on it so I'm not soaked. Feeling good finally today. Stent is a little achy but tolerable.
