I have tapered of antidepressants before however I’m finding it hard to tapr off 50 MG of setraline
I have tried cutting of 5MG of my pill and within two weeks I was relapsing
then I’ve tried taking one pill of 50 MG every second day and by the first week I was nauseous and dizzy

I was told by a doctor in the UK to not do that.
I mean never leave a day with no tablet.
I started reducing like 25mg for a month or so, then 12.5 mg etc....
Was ok but also weird after I totally stop because of the dizziness
But I managed ok
