WBC 14. Abs Neuts 12.5 Abs Lymph 0.60

I recently had blood work and it showed WBC wad 14.4, Absolute Neutrophils 12.5 Absolute Lymphocytes 0.60.
What does this indicate?

Have u been diagnosed with anything prior? Or r u perhaps getting over an infection or have an active infection?
