Weak shaky legs from anxiety?

This is strange, I've been dealing with havig anxiety for over a year now and have been trying to find the right meds to help me but I started to get this shaky feeling in my legs which I'm pretty sure is anxiety. I would normally get it after I had a panic attack. Feels like I worked out for two hours. I don't have any other anxiety symptoms - just my legs. I'm currently weaning off Effexor and starting Prozac. This symptom started while I was on the Effexor. Not sure if it's from the meds or what. I have one more week of the Effexor left and then I will only be on the Prozac. I'm wondering if it will stop once I'm off the Effexor. It's super annoying when I try to work out. I feel like I don't have strength in my legs. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

I suffer from this a lot. It's quite common in anxiety disorder. My legs tremble and it's as though they are not going to hold me up

    They always do thoughsmile

Try not to focus on it and worry about it.

Try to move your fingures or hands so that your brain focuses on the motion of your fingures and forgets about your legs. Also, move your legs with a slow motion so that you force the muscles of your legs to be controlled instead of being out of contorl.

Try to think of anything like counting from 0 to 100 or think of your good memories and funny moments. This might help you.
