Weakness after surgery

I had surgery a little over two weeks ago.  Ever since I know I have been in a flare everything hurts, no energy, short of breath, psoriasis of the chain.  How long did it take for anyone after surgery to get back to a semi normal?  I am having such a hard time with weakness in my shoulders and arms. The surgery was on my foot so I know it is due to anesthesia or flare. Just sick and tired of being sick and tired 😔
