Weakness and numbness - undiagnosed

Hi there,
I would like to share my experience and see if anyone out there feels the same or has any clue.
I have been feeling very weak to the point of having low blood pressure on different occasions. I could sleep 10-12 hours and wake up feeling horrible. I have numbness in my hands and legs. Sometimes my legs feel seriously weak that I need to hold strong to the hand rail. I have shaky hands and legs. I am eating half of what I used to eat hence I have also lost weight. On the bad days I dont feel appetite at all when I feel really weak and I feel constantly about to faint. I feel this general ailment/discomfort in arms and hands. Somedays I also have this sensation in my throat like if something its stocked or swollen there. It feels so much that I feel nauseas.
All blood test came back normal including diabetes, thyroid and cortisol.Only LDH a little bit lower than normal.
Before all this which has been going on for 5 months now I was healthy and happy. Running 10k marathon, traveling, etc etc. I can't do anything of that now
Doctors have not been very helpful at all obviously.
Any ideas?

All I can offer is my experience with similar symptoms. For almost 6 months I have had nausea (this has now disappeared), aching all over, the weird sensation in throat, almost like indigestion or a lump, headaches and generally feeling ill and fatigued. I have had lots of tests and investigations and Doctors cannot find anything. They have said it has most likely been a virus or infection of some kind and now I am post viral. My colleague at work has been affected the same way. So your symptoms could possibly be caused by a virus. Go back and speak to your doctor if you are still not satisfied, but take heart that so far your tests haven’t shown anything. I totally understand how distressing it is to feel so awful and not know why, even if you know it’s not serious it’s still frightening and debilitating. But I am slowly improving. Good luck to you.
