Has anyone else been having the sweats, panic anxiety and scary sensations in the chest and upper belly and weakness in legs and internal nerveness and such like non stop for a couple of months straight I have and so far not letting up! I'm trying this natural BUT it is so dang scary and tormenting! My last period was June 2016! By the end of the day MY legs feel tight and heavy too!

I have been struggling with these same issues for a few months now. I am 45 now and have been suspecting that it maybe hormone related and that I may have early menopause. Docs say my heart is ok thankfully, but I need more tests. The anxiety is the worst. They put me on valium. But I did not react well to it so I had to stop. Is HRT the only way to get this under control? It has honestly been wrecking havock on my life.

Hello, i know this post is old now but wondered if you got any better ? it's been a while since I posted myself ! My last period was June 2018 and for a while i thought i was feeling a little better . . . Should have known better, I have been feeling extremely anxious about anything and everything these last few weeks . . . i have a dental App today and its one of my biggest fear's, I'm in such a state about it that I will have to take a Diazepam just to go ! I guess I'm just looking for any kind of positive hope that i'm not actually mad 😦 x

I have been having all those symptoms since last year. I went into surgical menopause from August 2011 so I thought I would have completed my menopause cycle.
When it all started, I was losing so much weight, I went to my Doc and I was sent to do all manner of tests for cancer, thyroid, etc In addition, I did heart tests, barium meal and pelvic ultrasound. All results were perfect.
The weak feeling, overall low feeling in my stomach and weight loss went on for a while, I had to be off work on and off as I have a stressful job and just couldn't cope. Then one day I had a vertigo episode which made me feel so very ill. Anyway, got over all of that and now just recently, the weak feeling has returned.
All being said, I noted that this feeling is more evident when I'm trying to do my daily steps so I don't do that much any more. For exercising, I do just dancing to stay fit.
With all my test results perfect, my husband keeps saying, it can only be the menopause. Now that I read these comments, it seems I will have to agree.
