Weakness , head and neck stiff , feel imbalanced

I am 26yr old male , currently going through the this situation, my neck feel stiff and head and eyes are heavy & I also feel little Imbalanced. Does anyone know any solution ? I am currently taking medicine called homocheck and I started feeling this right after taking these pills which are for b12 difficiency and heart arteries related. Anyone felt like this before?

    I’d suggest to have an experienced chiropractor evaluation and some treatments.

    do you have any heart problems? also why do you take B12 ? do you have any digestive issues like gastritis ,gallstones or low functioning gallbladder?

      Yes I do have gastric problem (it is recovering though) , so is this happening because of those pills ?
