Weakness in leg

Over three months ago I experienced a concussion. I had an mri done and everything came back normal. The day of the concussion I immediately began experiencing symptoms that I’d never had before; including weakness and trembling in both arms, trembling and numbness in hands, constant dizziness, altered taste,  constant ringing of the ears, and the inability to sleep more than 3 hours at a time. Almost everything has gone away except for the leg weakness/trembling (which is usually at the foot only) and the occasional dizziness. I have gone to numerous doctors including my primary care, a concussion specialist/neurologist, and an orthopedic physician. All of which have said that these issues are nothing to worry about and that I’m overthinking things. The leg weakness isn’t bad to the point that I can’t walk, nor does it inhibit me from doing routine tasks. In fact, it’s not constant either. It comes and goes. The only diagnosis I’ve had is from the orthopedic physician who diagnosed it as being an s.i. nerve issue. Which kinda makes sense to me. But I’m worried that this could be something worse. Does this sound like something else to anyone?

I suggest you request your pc for a neurologist referral. I believe you may have injured yourself that's taken a direct impact to your cervical spinal cord. The trembling in your lower extremities and foot is referred to as Babinski or colonus. The weakness is brought on by the compression of the spine preventing all signals to send & receive from the brain throughout in normal rapid pace. Beware of any activity requiring hard impact even jogging, running, jumping, full body contact sports especially any where head injury and or concussion is common should be off limits until you see a neurologist. When you do ask them their opinion of your having cervical spinal stenosis. It sounds like you've early symptoms.

Good luck! Feel free to contact me with any questions you have further

Thank you so much, I have been so worried about this. I thought it might be something like als or ms. But the more research I do, the more spinal stenosis makes sense. I have an appointment tomorrow with my pc doctor.
