Weaning off setraline

Hello,

I'm trying to ween myself off of setraline. I've been on it for about 3 years now and I think I'm ready to start tappering off of it. I was on 150mg but I've started to only take 100mg. I'm wondering if anybody has experienced any side effects whilst lowering there dosage? I no if I miss a pill or two I go into bad withdrawal ( head zaps, night sweats, dizziness and nausea) so I'm wondering if I need to be prepared for that?
