Wearing off too soon

Not sure how to ask this but here goes:. I started at 12.5 mhw back in June, about 2 weeks later I went up to 25 MGS, each time after about two weeks I start feeling like it is wearing off.  I went up to 37.5 then after a couple weeks again I feel it wasn't working then all the way to now 75 MGS and I'm starting to feel that way again like I need another bump.  I'm just not sure what is going on here.  Should I wait it out or just keep bumping up?

You’ve been on a very low dose up until 75, maybe give that some time and see how it works for you. It’s possible you may need even more, but you’ll never know if you just keep going up at this point. Give it a few weeks at least to work into your system! How have your side effects been when you increase?

I had increased anxiety and no appetite for a while, also good side effects too like sound sleep, happy feeling,  less anxious afterwards.

I agree with Joe, you need to give it time on the 75 to see if it works. If you still very bad you but have to bump it up again . How long have you been on 75. You might be feeling the side affects right now.

I've been in 75 since August 19th.  I was feeling sooooo good and driving places all day with no anxiety but it's weird to change like that because your mindset is still the same.

I've been on 100 since June and I still have bad days here and there. Its just part of this rollercoaster called Zoloft. I bet your stressing out on when it's going to kick in, i know its hard but hang in there. The more you worry the harder it is . Let your doctor know if you are having a bad time adjusting, but give it time on 75. But since you seem to be having good days it sounds like its getting into your system. It will happen.

Thank you Brenda.  That's motivation.   I emailed doc but waiting his reply.  So if it's normal to have these good and bad days then I feel hopefull! Thank you.
