Weed brain fog

Ok so i'm 17 years old in high school,11th grade and Im not a smoker but one of my friends decided to smoke weed and such. At the time I was fairly new to getting high so likewise I just sort of inhaled and exhaled maybe a good 4 times. After that everything began to spin and my body felt like it had ultimately been on autopilot and my mind couldn't process words. I began to have a panic attack and they helped me home. I did all the things to help break my high starting from coffer, cold showers, resting, and drinking cold water. The high broke but left me with a huge brain fog and I cant think straight and im scared out of my mind its been lasting for 2 days now and I need some advice, what should I do?

Hi, I imagine that you know that some people can have a very bad reaction to cannabis. As you're posting here, you're probably going to be fine, however, if your symptoms persist, you'll need to get yourself checked out by a Dr. I don't suppose you really want to hear that, but, longer term, getting your parents or guardian angry, but being checked, medically, is a much better option than being scared alone.

Parents do have an expectation that their kids will, occasionally, do things that aren't ideal, but need adult intervention. Please don't be afraid, alone, if there's an adult who can help you. If there isn't, go to (depending what country you're in) A&E (casualty) or an ER.

Thanks for the info, seems the brain fog as well as the high is slowly going away, not fully but just enough to where I can think, maybe I was just paranoid and such but the only thing that scares me is that my sleep has been shortened and I always wake up confused. I might just have to take the risk of getting in trouble and checking with a dr.
