i have now been taking cit for 3 weeks , anxiety seems a little less intense , but when i wake in the morning i feel lost fed up angry lack of interest in anything and everything , dont feel as sick now and the sweating is easing day by day but still there , still getting headaches , just hope the mood swings in the morning even out as i dont want to wake up feeling like this every morning , get very tired in the evenings as well , reading other peoples posts i know it could take a few months before i start to feel the real benifits , so will keep posting my progress , i see one of the side effects when starting this medication is the feeling of emptyness and lack of interest in general so i am hoping its the med working and not me

your right. All side effects. I can emphasize with the mornings. I felt the same way. Not to worry things will ease up. Patience. Still not where I would like to be BUT we will get there.

Take every bit of positivity as it comes along and keep it and build with it.
You sound like you are accepting what is happening and that does help, along with people who understand (the closer the better) healthy diet (if you can eat! Lol!) exercise with at least 10 mins of sunshine, Vit B6 and D3 certainly help too!
Keep posting, keep asking and reporting how you feel and we'll keep supporting you!
Best Regards,

All that has been said by Linda, Amy and David. I upped to 20 mg 4 weeks ago now. For 3 weeks I was exhausted, but not sleeping. Having to catch up with afternoon naps because I couldn't stay awake in the day. Then ping. It just seemed to get better (energy wise) and I found I had more motivation too. It's not all smooth though - another week on and I'm not entirely happy 100 % with where I am at.
As I said in a bother discussion. Patience is not a virtue of mine, and I tend to over analyise when things take longer than I hope or expect. But at least when I look back now I can see a general upward trend.
Take care and keep posting.

Keep posting with your progress.
