Week 4 jitters

hi everyone
just after some reassurance if possible?
i had a few amazing days with very little anxiety (week 3 and 4) and as im coming to the end of week 4 ive now had 2-3 bad days again.
is this normal?
i rly dont want to go backwards when i was coming forwards. will this get better??

Hi , please dont worry about it, ups and downs are very normal during recovery, medicine is trying to balance i your body and different chemicals in your brain need different time to stabilise.
Those ups and downs, or as we calling them "blips" will come and go until disappear completely.
You will be ok

can you remember when you felt better?
im now on day 28 and anxiety is reappearing. im focussing on getting to week 8 (which i read is when everything should have levelled out)
its just so hard!! xx

Sometimes it takes much longer than 8 weeks.. But it will get easier, be patient ..
