Hi

So its now week 5 on 200mg of zoloft.. i have still generalised anxiety which is consistent through the day but no full blown panic attacks for two days now.. and no benzos needed for 3 days.. which is a plus... im still quite anxious and a bit teary.. hoping this will pass in the next few weeks..

Is it normal to still feel jittery and anxious and sad even in week 5 of increase?

I know this is not going to take all my problems away.. but it has to get better soon right??

I dont want to change medications i dont think i could handle the side effects of any other drug

Im doing pretty well today! .. i have done alot of research and have found alot of info saying magnesium is really great for anxiety, well i went to the chemist and got some magnesium glycinate. Take one 3 times a day.. its been two days and im not sure if its a placebo but i feel really calm... and its all natural which is a bonus!
