Week 5th, still No Sleep?

Hello guys

i have been on cit for 2 years 20 mg before, for ocd, general anxiety, nothing crazy(like it is now)

ive moved country 3 months ago and quit cit, kinda cold turkey (i know stupid), and

after the first 2 months it was fine but beginning of month 3 i began being really depressed and anxious all the time for no reason, would cause physical problem, bladder pressure, stomach pain.

i went on a 3 days without sleep (never had that in my life before, always slept fine)

at the beginning of january because of anxiety and those physical symptom,

anyway i went back on the cit, 10mg the first week, managed to sleep some days.

then switch to 20mg, sleep was on and off.

week 2 i experienced another 3-4 days binge of no sleep,

week 3 thing started to look better, i had days with 0 worry no pain and good sleep

obviously when i sleep good i worry less.

i have no pressure, freelancer, no alarm in the morning, eat good, excercise even when sleepless.

and then week 4 started, back on 2-3 hours of sleep or none, had to result to sleeping pills for some day. week 4 has been CRAZY ANXIETY all day all night, like i cant even concentrate on watching a movie because my brain think too much. i dont even feel tired in the day to be honest.

last night, sleeping pill had no effect, or maybe i slept one hour. welcome to week 5.

constant anxiety still kicking in. its been 7 days since my last good night sleep.

from what i gather, the insomnia is caused by anxiety and not induced by medication.

anyway, im not sure i can take this any longer, im not sure this insomnia is normal?

who go on 3 days with no sleep in week 4...

any help appreciated.
