Stay with 10mg for now x still early days for you x change doses now and everything you are experiencing will magnified x 10. if you ever do decide to increase dose, you need to be settled on current dose or it will only be worse. these meds are no joke and take time to work. I am currently on 10mg dose and it works just fine. I am a year in and still not recovered. Take your time with this. Be kind to your body. Exercise really helps me when I am feeling rough.

I'm experiencing this too, end of week 7 into week 8. its not exactly dizziness but more like an intermittent dazed feeling. Was unsure if its hayfever starting to kick in again this past week but also thought it could be meds. likewise though, as its week 8, I

was unsure on whether side effects can pop up ongoing. Had all the initial side effects early on in the first few weeks, then since then with mild intermitten nausia, alot of yawning and broke sleep but my mood and

anxiety has imrpoved massively until this new feeling. A bit annoying but I do feel

they have been working for me (20mg) and

after joining the forum I'm understanding more.
