Weekend Sleep Anxiety?

I run a bar/restaurant and really look forward to my weekends off - mainly to use the bar and socialise. However, if I'm disturbed during the week (when I'm working) during sleep it really doesn't both me, regardless of the work ahead the next day. I'm not socially anxious particularly, but I seem to put so much pressure to sleep well at the weekend, there's a cloud of anxiety about this before sleep, and if I'm woken by my girlfriend or having to get up, I (only in my head) get quite angry, and I can go back to sleep for a good 6 hours but wake up like I've not slept. It's like my body and mind is putting so much pressure, that despite sleeping I'm getting some kind on anxious sleep making me miss fun events and generally enjoy my free time.

Just to stress I am falling asleep but seemingly anxiously, making me feeling trashed.

Any one any ideas? I'd be forever grateful

I'm trying to understand your problem, and it seems like you're having a problem to sleep well on weekends because you're afraid of missing fun events which happens late at nights or smth? this anxious seems weird, but it happens. and I think you need to see a psychotherapist or something. don't you think so? maybe you've already seen one?
