I have been on these tablets nearly a month and I haven seemed to lose any weight I have lost 2inchs and have followed it well apart from one day will this b gd enuf

    I think most doctors give it a 3 month trial and take you off if you've not lost 5% body fat. I've lost 9lbs but my measurements haven't changed at the waist and stomach but I can see a difference in them, it's weird!

      It's my chest n sides iv noticed it off gutted about weight stay in the same only day with a little bad eat in was my daughter party and still took tablets no side effects

      Apparently for some folk it can take quite a bit more time to lose weight. I used to be able to lose weight fairly quickly but now I can't and need orlistat for help so I understand the frustration. It's hard not to be discouraged but you're doing great! I gained a lot of weight fast early this year so a lot of new clothes I'd bought didn't fit me, I'm using them as motivation to not give up. xx
