Hi Kirsty, what foods are you eating? I'm now into my second week and feel like I'm losing weight. Trying my best not to get on the scales as I'm being weighed by my doctor in another 2 weeks! Xx

I'm no expert but maybe cut out the carbs or don't have as many and instead have salads. I read somewhere to stay away from eggs too but don't know how true that is. Iv been snacking on fat free yogurts and fruit. It's hard to get used to isn't it but it's made me realise what foods to stay away from. Xx

      Hi Kirsty,

I am also doing slimming world and orlistat. First week of doing slimming world and I've lost 10lbs. This is the first time ever that I've really stuck to slimming world for a week and trust me it works! I've done zero exercise.

I love love love chocolate, that really is my downfall! However, as I've been eating rice, potato, pasta etc I've been keeping my syns to have a little choc in the evening. No oil as SW is very low fat diet so the chocolate doesn't take me over my fat allowance for orlistat!

Keep at it, orlistat will help.
