I really think we would all like to feel better ,if we should change our diets for the positive why not? most of sufferers I have been in touch with have lost weight, probs because we are worried/anxious/panicky ,
I personally would say not to worry about your weight loss unless you are size 10 going to size 6 then get some advice!!!
Are you happy with the size you are or are you worried ?
Keep safe and happy

Have lost weight takin cit, pleased about that cos my backside was huge
Luckily my hubby loves me big or small.
Been getting lots of exercise at work, doing on average 5 mile a day ( got a pedometer ) eating plenty of salads and fruit and veg.
Feel great, no heartburn, sleeping better and even got new hairstyle which really cheered me up. :D
Still have couple of drinks on a saturday night but as everyone will know ya can't handle loads cos of meds.
Anyway so far lost 6 pounds and counting, eating better and exercise really does seem to agree with the tablets.
Take care and keep smiling.
