I was in a high stress situation about a year ago, and I had dropped from 130 to 90 pounds in 2 months (I am 5'4". I was frightened, and it has done a lot of damage to my stomach. Now, I gain 'temporary' weight. If I eat more than one meal, I will bloat and have 'rolls' and look a lot heavier... but it goes away days later. I loss weight if I skip one single meal. I am highly confused and worried, and I just want to gain some weight. I am currently sitting at 114, but I don't know what I will weigh next week. I count calories, and make sure to add a little extra... to gain some weight. But it just bloats me and I lose that weight like it is the easiest thing in the world. My metabolism is out of whack, and I don't know how to feel normal again.
