weight gain

i have been on the blue tablet for a week and went for a check up and i have put on weight and i have ate better than ever before, i am really upset.
could be becuse im due on.
i have had no side effects at all which im glad about. how long did it take for it to work with others?

there could be a few reasons why you have gained
as you've already said your due on, I always gain weight when I'm due on *sighs*
you could also just be behind with your weight loss, what you feel you should of lost this week will show next week
don't be disheartened, give it a month and I bet you'll see a difference
As for how long it takes .. do you mean how long till you get side effects?
thats easy, follow a low fat diet and you shouldn't get any,
eat a bar of cadburys whole nut and if your like me you won't be off the loo for a week :oops:

got very down but when at te docs had lost 9 lb! 4 kg!! go me!!!!
really chuffed! strange thing is that my scales do't show this! maybe they are stuck!!

Don't get so disheartened. It is easier said than done. We hear such wonderful results and hope we can do the same. You will!!
Firstly i have had my time of month this wk and i'm terrible i use my scales way to often. I watched my self go from 13.6 on the fri back to 13.9 on the saturday i was really gutted but thought ok its my period we'll see. I do all my weighing by myself my dr said he will see me in 3months.
Secondly i have a digital scales that only i use. When i get on them fully clothed or no clothes i always stay the same i thought this was strange. It seems my scales remembers what i am so kind of sticks. If i put my hand on it with a lower weight then use it myself i lose pounds and the scales then just stays at that weight. Not sure if anyone else gets this?? So i weighed 13.9 during my period and now today its my weekly weigh i weighed in at 13.3 so i see it i've lost 3lbs this week. As the other 3lbs was water retention from my period.
I also measure my self 1x a week. This way i can see whats coming off. Which is also motivating. 14th nov i only lost a pound but in inches i lost 7.5. Which kept me going aswell. Today i've lost 6images. I've lost 30inches so far from all over my body in 5weeks and 13lbs.
I really swing high and low on my confidence today i see a good result i'm really happy. Maybe by mon there will be no change i will start 2 lose my confidence.
I wish you the very best. Take each week as it comes. You can do it!! Just focus on what ur eating, do that bit more exercise. Drink lots of fluids. Don't focus too much on the weight loss. Good luck! ;-)
