Weight gain

Sorry if this has been posted before

I have been on sertraline for about a year 100mg and have recently come off it

I am only 5ft so very petite and whilst on it put on a stone in weight which in itself is making me feel very fed up! I'm going on holiday with my little ones soon and really just want to slim down ... has any one else experienced this and did it come off easily when finished taking?

    Calories in calories out. Simple as that and has nothing to do with the drugs. Im on it now and following a strict diet, I lost 30 pounds using intermittant fasting. Not a diet, just when you eat.

    Yep, I have experienced noticeable weight gain on this med. I would suggest to you what I'm going to start pretty soon myself - eat healthier and try to eat lesser and try to be more active. I don't know if it came off easily after I got off it because I'm never off it long enough to find out. I only know that when I was taking it years ago and practicing yoga, I was maintaining my best weight.
