I had both ovaries and tubes out due to dermoid cysts. I was off work for 12 weeks as I was in so much pain in my groin. I gained quite a bit of weight but I put it down to being off and not so much execise. I still have pain in the groin are and think they have trapped a nerve. I am struggling to lose the weight still. I gope that you recover well and are able to lose the weight.

I am doing Weight Watchers but I am finding it really hard! My op was on the 16th December so quite a while now and still have pains in my left groin especially if i bend down so I am pretty sure that they trapped a nerve. I feel quite cross about the whole thing really as I had no pain before I had it done and although a little overweight, I was not to this weight! My dermoid cyst was found by chance. actually a scan on my back, so wish in a way that I had never realised it was there! Hope you manage to get your weight off and feel better soon.
