Weight gain X

hi ladies I am 11 weeks post total hysterectomy and 10 weeks since commencing my HRT gel but I have yet to find out if any ladies have not put weight on post surgery. Are there any ladies out there that have either lost weight or stayed the same. A lot of ladies have put on 10-25lbs in their first year 😢, I have put 3lb on already and that's following my weight watchers strictly and going on my treadmill daily.

i am also having a lot of nerve type pain in my bum cheeks, cocxyx and high inside, is anyone else also having this problem.

    Hi nursesally. I am 6 weeks post hysterectomy with total laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy, and repair to my prolapsed bladder. I am recovering well considering. I am 54yrs. 5 yrs menopausal so I spoke to my GP and decided not to take HRT as I felt I have already gone through the menopause. My Issue post opp is the the bloating around my middle from the Carbon Dioxide Gas used to do the opp. I have not gained much wight but its the gas that makes me feel like I have jumped a dress size up. But all the info on how to remove the gas as I was much smaller around my waist before my opp I was a size 10/12. Now I am wearing a size 14. If anyone can lend a bit of help on removing the gas so I can get back to normal would be a great help. I hope you recover soon to nursesally. Best regards. Mandy.
