Weight loss

Ever since my anxiety has became severe (2months) I have lost 21 pounds. I'm not trying to lose the weight, I eat 3 times a day with snacks in between. I've also been extremely dizzy which is hopefully related. Is this from anxiety? I don't know how to gain weight back I've been eating so much food. I don't want to be dizzy anymore either. Has this happens to anyone, did you gain the weight back?

Thanks!

This is my third week of anxiety and I have lost twelve pounds and have no appetite. I finally broke down and took clozapam waiting to see if this helps me sleep

If you are loosing weight over a Stone and you are eating the same amout of food and your diet has not changed get checked. Make an appointment with your GP

dizziness is common in early stages as time passes you will realise its nothing but anxiety related you'll stop feeling dizzy though it will not subside completely.

    stay strong

21lbs within 2 months? On the same diet? See a GP ASAP. Your anxiety may be caused by an underlying physiological condition - e.g. hormonal imbalance / abnormal thyroid activity. This needs to be investigated further.

Yes my doctor thought so too and now my adrenals are getting checked for imbalances! Waiting on results!
