Weight loss

i was weighing around 84kgs when i chcked around mid of june.

i recently checked my weight last week and it was around 83.

i checked again today morning it was around 80.5. my diet has been normal except as usual. I am seriously worried if this is related to any serious issue like cancer. i do not have any other symptoms and look perfectly normal. i have an history of barrets esophagal ulcer and i take nexium 20mg everyday without fail. had my endoscopy and colonoscopy in july 2019 and no abnormalities. have history of hyperthyroidism.
