Weight loss advice

Hello!
I've been obese for some time now and I want to lose some weight. The problem is that I cannot exercise because of my weight and because I'm a smoker. I read about this product Lipovon and some of the opinions were that it is very efficient. I was wondering if that's true. Any advice will be helpfull
Thanks

I have been through the exact situation you are telling here. I tried to do exercise and medicines and controlled diet but nothing affected my weight. Then I went for non-surgical liposuction, and I am glad I did it because it was painless and quick procedure. It was done in about one hour and in a couple of days I was back to my routine life with more energy and less weight on my body.

To change the way you think about food, weight and weightloss, have you considered using a food diary?
If you begin documenting everything you eat, then you might get a better idea of why you might not be losing weight as quickly as you want to.
If you want more information, don't hesitate to get in touch.
You can also find out more info on food diaries by Googling - there has been a recent report released promoting their use.

I did reply before but as I included a link for you to follow, my comment went for moderation.
Have you thought of seeking alternative methods of weightloss - maybe those that focus on your emotional and mental relationship with food. There is a wealth of research out there suggesting that if we do not change the way we think about food, then we will struggle to reach, or maintain, our weightloss goals, as weightloss will often take on a cyclic pattern.
Food diaries are a great way to start off this healing process yourself. By documenting the food that you eat and how you felt when you ate it, why you ate it, etc, you can look more closely at the trigger for your weight issues.
I hope you manage to get to the weight you want to be safely and happily!
Diet pills are not the answer 99.9% of the time. There is always a better, more effective and cheaper solution out there!
