Weight loss, diarrhea, anxiety

Hey everyone,
The last few months I've gone from 83kg to 75kg without any intentions. This month I have diarrhea and problems with my stomach. Lately I'm going through a stressful period of time where I'm trying to push my boundaries. I suffer from generalized anxiety for 3 years now. I feel very tired all the time. Especially agoraphobia and social anxiety are my main problems. I am doing groceries again with a family member for a few days now, but my anxiety is sky high. I try to ask myself question like does this feeling belong to actual situation etc. but I feel like I can't think straight when being so stressed. I'm pinching myself to try to gain more 'control'. When someone talks to me in public I feel like I'm sinking through the ground and I almost can't look someone in the eye. This is such a big problem which affects my life a lot. It's not like I'm born this way. I've been through a rough period before my anxiety really kicked in. I don't really have health anxiety, but I wonder if my problems could be something else.

it sounds like your generalized anxiety is creating some of the symptoms you have. The body can only take so much stress and you’re pushing the boundaries as you said. This excess stress on the body will express itself is symptoms including derealization or depersonalization which is when you were wondering about you’re feeling belonging to an actual situation. This is very common with stress overload and it’s not harmful but I know how scary it is.
I would advise that you speak with a counselor who can help you manage what you are going through right now. It always helps to talk to someone else who can help you feel more in control.
its always a good idea to have a check up with your doctor for your peace of mind. You may need to take it easy on the boundary pushing in back off a little bit. Your mind and body need some relief.
start taking care of your health because without that we cannot do anything
. Get some exercise, see a counselor, Get a check up at your doctors, eat healthy, stay hydrated, take time out even if it’s just 10 or 15 minutes to just relax and breathe long and slowly. That oxygenates your body.

hey i had the same thing. when your metabolism is out of whack like being anxious / stressed your body goes into fight or flight response the more you are stuck in this you can loose weight even if you eat the same as before this happened to me it affected my bowels big time still does and you also swallow more air than normal what causes bowel problems like diarrhea and bloating, bleaching a lot of things. i lost 6kg in 6 weeks and ate the same but my anxiety was out of control. i have been better latley and put back on the weight. pretty much what i am saying is you can burn calories by being stressed and anxious
