Weight loss diet questions

Hi. I'm thinking about going on a diet and engaging in exercise.
My current height is 175cm
Weight - 92kg
Age - 18
I dont know much about this weight loss thing but what I do know is that according to the BMI calculator, I am considered obese which I'd like to change.
According to the BMR, I am able to burn 1401 calories with no activity whatsoever.
I plan on exericing by means of runing which is a great form a cardio. I plan to run around a field where 1 lap = 371m and 3 laps cover just over 1km.
I plan to start at 12 laps and for the next day I add on 1 lap for 15 days in total.
I'd like to know what diet I should follow if I plan to do this. I know that I should consume less calories than that which I am able to burn, so what foods do I need to eat to achieve this?
Know that whatever foods you list, I will get them and everything else which is not listed will be considered wrong.
Also, could anyone verify if that distance which I plan to run is sufficient.
Thank you

It is a lifestyle rather than a diet as such and the good thing about it is that although you try to incorporate some good dietary recommendations , no food is banned so you can have the bad bad things in moderation. Since deprivation is normally. The reason why diets fail this is all good for the foodie!
Take say Monday and Thursday as your fast days and on these days drink plenty of water , black tea, herbal teas and even bovril or marmite in hot water. Ideally you Take your one meal of the day later in the day and you have up to 500 calories or 600 for a man. For this you could typically have a grilled chicken breast with a salad or veg. It may sound difficult but at the start you may have your calories split to give you a small breakfast say porridge and gradually change to the dinner only. As long as your calories are restricted on those two fast days. Keep busy and you won't think of food as much!
On the normal days of course don't overheat and try to follow nutritional guidelines but allow yourself the odd treat without over indulging. This lifestyle plan quickly becomes easily part of your life and to.he fast days can of course be swapped if you have a social occasion which you can't miss and which would be spoiled By having to fast.
Very important are t eh health benefits which are a side effect if you like, of this eating plan. Research showed that not only do you lose weigh even if only a pound a week, but cancer risks are greatly reduced, as is the risk of stroke and heart disease, prevention of diabetes which is now common amongst overweight adults is also much less likely to affect you.
To conclude I would say give it a try but at the end of the day a good diet is one that works for you so you may have to try a few. If boredom is a problem try changing the diet you are on every few weeks so avoid this. My mossy successful weight loss was when I shed my excess five stone in 18 months by changing the diet
I was on every two weeks to bring variety. For most people it's a long haul but a pound a week is a normal healthy weight loss, more can be achieved if you are obese to start with but is not best if you want to avoid failing through boredom. A final tip is to only jump on the scales once a week as normal weight does fluctuate up and down . a. Set. Of scales that shows divisions of a pound or kilo is great as on weeks you appear to have not moved, on these type of scales you could find that you have actually lost 0.9 of a pound! Good luck whichever diet you decide to follow.

Keep in mind that even on a diet, your body will still need energy in order to perform, especially if you plan on regular cardio activity. According to the time of day when you will be running, I suggest that you give your muscles the fuel needed, and most of all remember that it is essential to keep yourself hydrated at all times.
The best way to hydrate or rehydrate naturally (without artificial ingredients or sweeteners) is coconut water.
You have to keep in mind that your body will be using more energy in the first half of the day, so your intake of sugar, from carbohydrates to fruit, should be done between breakfast and lunch. You should then favour lean proteins, like chicken and fish, with sides of vegetables, either cooked or fresh, for your dinner and supper.
Try as much as you can to prepare your own food: ready-made meals contain high levels of salt, which lead to water retention and blood pressure problems.
Stay away from: all sugary drinks ( like carbonated sodas), energy bars, processed foods. For your own peace of mind, don't get too concerned with the calories intake/calories burned equation. Once your body will get familiar with your new regime, it will keep burning calories at a higher rate even in your periods of rest, which will also help with your weight loss.
Good luck!

weight loss is a good way to live a successful life and I think you are teen. you can easily maintain your figure. But, remember that continuity in work only gives you the best results. to maintain your body figure, you can easily choose the suitable exercise and proper diet. you can also prepare your dairy for diet. drink water before eating and exercise for every body portion daily. each exercise should be of 5-10 min.

If you are basing your classification as obese on BMI alone, then it is very inaccurate. The way your body is built isn't taken into account in the BMI reading. Take for example, a bodybuilder's BMI would be considered obese even if clearly they are not because they are packing more muscle which is denser than fat. Evaluate the way you're built.
As for the food, yep the Doc is right. Keep your muscles fueled when you're about to exercise. Try having complex carbs because they keep you fuller for longer. Protein also helps ou feel fuller longer.
Most of all, if ever you desire this to become your new lifestyle, I'd like to share this article about why balance is key. Indulging yourself once in a while doesn't hurt and really keeps it from getting boring.
