My name Is Sabrina I am a 21 Year old Female I live an Active life style playing a lot of sports  I weigh 128 lbs now.

I started noticing I was losing weight unintentionally around Christmas something happened that made me upset about my clothes not fitting and then boxing day till new years eve i was super sick throwing up then till about 2 weeks later I still felt sick nausea felt full all the  time id take two bites and be completely full.

Blah blah time went on I used to weigh 145Lbs again very healthy sports filled lifestyle.

well i got down to 121lbs NOT ON PURPOSE. I managed to gain 6lbs this week by eating pastas and what not because doctors have told me no your fine.

Tests I've had done

3x Blood work

Chest X RAY                                      All of these came back fine

Abdominal X RAY

Upper GI

Symptoms to date:

Unintentional Weight Loss

Nausea

Chest Pain ( right side)

Swollen Brest ( right side)

Right side rib cage slightly popping out.

Right Shoulder Drop

**Lump in neck beside Spine ( been 4 months since i first noticed that  wink

Emotional ( happy then 2 minutes later ill be crying or mad which is unusual)

Fatigue

Weakness

Aches and pains in joints

All of whats happening is causing me to feel depressed. I can't go anywhere without someone saying your so skinny ouuu you've lost a lot of weight your unhealthy. none of my clothes fit I can't wear anything and feel comfortable and its not worth buying new clothes as they wont fit me in a week.

Now about the Benzodiazepines. I was working selling Alcohol, yes we did drink I had 5-6 Shots of Honey Jack and One Bud light over the period of 6 hours. In that time i Worked 1030 am till 5  and in that time I was drugged with Benzos because from 330 pm I blacked out no idea what happened and woke up in the hospital, Hospital treated me as a user that night as I had alcohol and THC in my system as well. But since that happened on May 25th. They "Found me" unconscious in a hut in the golf course laying in my puke. Still lots to the story I don't know and I feel stupid because of it but it happened and I can't do anything about it now. But maybe this incident has something to do with whats going on.

I used to be a heavy Gin and Beer drinker I actually went through an alcohol dependance phase and managed to knock some sense into myself and not drink that way. But maybe that could be it i stopped drinking as much as i was last august. Still having the Casual drinks, but not depending on alcohol to make me feel better.

I do smoke marijuanna as it helps me not feel so sick all the time takes away my nausea.

I am just at a loss doctors all say im fine nothing wrong I've had previous upper Gi done as a 13 year old girl with the beginnings of an ulcer but again no signs of anything and im trying but Its now effecting more then just how i feel So i need other opinions <3

Drinking can cause a weight gain, this is because the calories from drink is counterproductive and the body cannot fully use these calories  are not like those in food. They become wasted calories, that is why drinkers put on weight.

You seem to be bouncing around 10 to 11 stone, Carbohydrates produce bulk in your stools and a proportion of carbs is generally an important part of your diet.

We all need a sensible diet, that consists of White meat and fish, generally at an evening meal we will eat an oily fish like Salmon and new potatoes at this time of year with a portion or two of green veg.

Portions of fruit also helps after each meal.

Bran for breakfast will give you carbs, with a small amount of Milk, we take either portions of Sultanas, or Raisins with our cereal, however at this time of year fruit is cheap and some added strawberries, blue berries etc can give the bran some extra taste. We eat upwards of seven or eight portions of fruit a day, also salads for lunch. We have Capsicums, Tomatoes and cucumber with a  cooked meat sandwich in a  seeded bun or wholemeal bread. We also  have smoked salmon sandwiches twice a week, fish oils are very good for you.

Just try and be sensible with your food Pasta once a week can be good for you, try wholemeal Pasta.

We are generally lucky in the summer we grow our own fruit and vegs, although if you go to Aldi or Lidl they have five fruit and veg offers that changes each week

Try changing your diet it may work for you, your weight may be affected by the drink, Drink just puts on the weight

Thank you!! Although I do eat Healthy meals and I have always weighed 145 even before I started to drink. I never put weight on during that time either I stayed between 141 and 145.

One of my Favourites is Salmon and I cook it with coconut oil and honey usually adding a green with it.

Mornings i will have something small like a Large Yogurt or a 12 Grain bagel with Butter or waffles..

Lunch Varies From small Pastas, to Sandwiches or wraps and soup.

I have only started to eat more then my regular (Ill eat more then what i would normally of the food im eating) because id I don't my body processes everything so fast I lose weight like 4 lbs in a week and then another 4 or more. So I do eat. I do and I eat well.

I can definitely add some of the things you mentioned to my diet but Im unsure if it will help but it is worth the try!

This was what was flagged in my blood results and every since the Benzodiazepines incident I have literally never felt worse. But this incident doesn't explain the weight loss. I have been Fluctuating now for the last week between 120 and 126. My body is feeling so weak my right boob area is so sore all the way up to my neck through both sides (front and back). Im not sure if these photos of the blood work will help but i was more wondering about my kidney function...

Have the doctors checked you for bacteria overgrowth? It can cause weight loss and many of your symptoms. I've been on an antibiotic for 13 months and feel better. Not a cure but can eat a few things.

For a sick feeling in the stomach try a little baking soda water. Works best for me.

Keep researching because passing out is very dangerous.

Remember that just because a food is healthy doesn't mean your body can process it. I ate salmon for 20 years then I became intolerant and it made me sick. I then stopped grain except rice. Then nuts. Limit your diet to bland for a few days then add one thing at a time. Some foods I'm fine until day 3. A few years ago I had to give up chocolate. Now I'm adding it back in tiny amounts. No cultured foods like yogurt or cream cheese or sour cream for awhile. It's a boring life but now my weight is back over a 100 pounds and people say I look better...healthier.
