Weight loss , worrying

I've posted on here a number of times due to my major health anxiety and convincing myself I have numerous problems

I had a baby in August so obviously had a little weight to loose

my pre baby weight was 9st 4/5 lbs usually , after giving birth I went to 10 stone pretty quickly without trying , i didn't watch what i ate but I usually eat pretty healthy anyway and often walk / go to the gym 2 times a week

during Christmas I ate a pot because I thought why not anti was still around 10 stone, I decided after x mas I would try get to my pre pregnancy weight as I'm going away in may . I was really food for 3 weeks healthy eating , walking every day with my baby and going gym 2 times a week (had 1 or 2 take always but nothing major) I was weighing myself every day and it didn't seem to really be moving , all of last week I forgot to weight myself die to being busy but then i I weighed myself Sunday to see my weight had gone down 5lbs. I am now in complete panic mode as usual.

my question is can weigh loss take a while to show ? am I being dramatic and paranoid as usual .

I didn't eat healthier last week due to decorating the kitchen so I had a few take always so unsure why I have not put weight on? or does it take a while to gain weight after binging ??

please help going out my mind as usual thinking I have some sort or cancer causing my weight loss 😦
