Hi yes I lost 23lb in three weeks when my dose got increased. Please to say that it doesn’t last forever was due to lack of appetite but once I started feeling better I felt hungry again.

    Good luck

I was loosing weight before i started taking seratline, probably due to depression and anxiety, but feeling a bit better since i started the meds, and now eating like a horse, which is good for me, but then again i never had any of the nauseous side affects some people get. ive only been on them almost two weeks, but have heared that most of the side effects settle down after a while.

not me, quite the opposite....worth remembering that depression itself has an effect on appetite....which can be either way, comfort eating or lack of appetite. Also, any initial side effects such as nausea can cause you lose weight, which would settle down after a few weeks.
