    Hi,

As you can see from other members you have to find what works for you. I am not doing weightwatchers but I am following the rule of nothing over 5g fat and sugar per 100g. Although this sounds hard, it took me only one shop to sort out what my healthier eating foods would be.

I have been doing this plan and taking orlistat for ten weeks now and have lost just over 15Kilos (2.5 stone). I am not weighing foods or counting fat content just being reasonable about portion sizes. Luckily I have had no nasty side effects either.

    I hope this helps,

Good for you, you are doing really well. Assume then that you are not upping your fat levels and keeping as low as fat as possible. My daily fat is 20g or less and calories 1500 or less. How much exercise do you do a day? Any help appreciated.

    Hi there,

I am following weight watches and also taking the tablets, I just follow the points plan on WW, I've stayed within my points, but just watch the fat content on my meals, not to go over 15g fat per meal, that s lunch and dinner, as WW is low fat diet anyway, It seems to be working for me, I started 3 weeks ago and have lost 12lb, I have had no orange oil and no quick dashes to the loo, only a couple of loose stools!!!! also drink plenty of water, every one is different,

    W/W 's guest...so u jst stick to the plan & don't go over 15g of fat...saturated fat or fat??

Yes, just stick to the plan, use your points, because WW is a low fat diet anyway, but if for instance you are having a WW ready meal, even though you are counting the points, just check the FAT content of that meal, it could be higher than you think, I only stick to around about 10g on a ready meal and then you can have dressing etc with your veg, salad. good luck and hope it goes well. x

    Hi Jondave ( aka Mandy)

Re exercise I am doing aerobics (legs, bums and tums), jogging and aquafit each week.

Re jogging when I first started I did more walking then anything else but now seven weeks in I can now jog the whole 2 miles without stopping. I am training for Race for life which I have in a couple of weeks.

I have been wearing shorts that I last wore on my honeymoon in Egypt eight years ago! and they are now looser than when I previously wore them.

Keep going, I have hit a plateau this week and thought I was not going to lose but have lost two pounds this week. Apparently my friend who is a personal trainer says this is very common and people who hit this stage give up thinking it is not working anymore, so I shall keep doing what I have been doing and hope it gets better.

    Sasx
