Weird abdominal feeling, followed by lightheadedness and racing heart.

So I've been dealing with some issues for the last year and a half now without any answers still, even after multiple doctor and specialist visits. I've been lucky enough to only have mild symptoms most of the time, but the last few days I've began to have more severe symptoms again. I have lightheadedness, but it happens in a kind of weird way? I get this tight, almost numb feeling in my abdomen, usually the lower right quarter of my abdomen, followed by a rush of adrenaline and rapid heart rate, skyrocketing blood pressure, and finally lightheadedness. Most of these episodes aren't too bad, but sometimes they can happen to varying degrees for days, and in those days I really can't do much of anything without risking getting lightheaded again. I can't stand up for more than 2 or 3 minutes, I can't do anything that puts strain on my body, I can't drive. It is debilitating when I'm having these episodes for days or even weeks. When I have an episode sometimes it will be very quick where I really only have a weird feeling in my abdomen and maybe a racing heart rate for a couple minutes, but sometimes it will be accompanied by severe lightheadedness and will last for hours. I'm going to keep this short, I've had many other symptoms as well but I want to just focus on this. I can answer any questions as well. I'm hoping to figure out some possible causes, or anything that might give me relief from this.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
