Weird ache in left side of chest.

For over a week or so now I have had a really bad ache in the left side of my chest. It’s in between my left armpit and left breast and it will sometimes go in between my shoulder blades and even up towards my collar bone and to my sternum. I’m not sure what this would be but ofcourse it’s making me worried. I’m not having any breathing difficulties or anything. I am a mom of a toddler and an 8 month old so I do some heavy lifting often so I’m not sure if it could be a strain or not. The only thing that semi helps is icy hot. Could someone give me some reassurance. If it doesn’t go away soon I plan on calling my doctor.

    I had similar near my chest, kept feeling like I was having a heart attack got used to it just been my anxiety making some of my muscles between tensing and retracting, l learned to live with it very scary at first. Anxiety can affect nearly anything and the more I used to focus on it the worse it would get.
