Weird and hard mass left to my perineum

I'm male 28 yrs old. I was diagnosed with Genital HSV-2 and for over 5weeks I have been on anti-virals. Recently I have been feeling this pain when I wipe my below just after bath. So 3days ago I decided to check it out and decovered this mass, half the size of a tiny caterput stone, hard to touch, it can move with my skin as if its attached beneath it. Its becoming a little bit painful when I sit down.

I down know if this is my prostate gland or something else. My groin lymph node aint swollen. Please I need opinions pls. Thank you!
