Hello everyone!!!

These month I have very strong anxiety which takes almost all day long! And I've got super weird syptoms which make my really worry, especally when I have severe health anxiety...

I feel like I'm out of reality, like in dream! I can't focuse on what I'm doing and for few seconds I get feeling like I don't know what I'm doing! At that moment, I'm so confused like I don't know where I am...it causes my panic!

Moreover People around me who I know feel strange for a moment! Even when I look at myself in the mirror for a second I feel like I don't know myself! I'm super scared!!! Everything feels so strange for a second! And sometimes when I'm doing something like eating or touching myself I feel very odd like I'm not doing those things to myself!

I suffer from anxiety, so I know such a strange syptoms can anxiety has, but despite that I'm very scared what is going on with me! I'm scared of having serious disease! Please help!!!

Moreover, sometimes I got weird feelings on my brain...like electric shock or vibration wave

Disassociation anxiety, I have experienced it myself as a panic sufferer so I’ll help break down what your feeling. When we are in a Generalized Anxious State we tend to have a knot in our belly all day long due to the constant small secretions of norepinephrine into your blood. This causes that fight or flight feeling throughout the day. When we as humans are subjected to long term stress, such as 12+ hours of Anxiety and adrenaline it starts to cause a harmless feeling of disassociation with the world and your loved ones. This will then in turn freak you out and cause the symptoms to become even worse. The cure is simple, exercise. Exercise will regulate your body whether people want to admit it or not, it will lower your blood pressure, help your heart, clean your blood, help you sleep better etc. you’re not alone and no I RPOMISE you’re not going insane by any means, like I said I’ve had this before, you can always private message me with any questions, I’d love to help! I’m a current med school student, hopefully my answer helped!!

You might be having depersonalization and derealization. I hate googling symptoms as I end up having everything I read but googling these two feelings will help you determine if this is what you are feeling. They can make things feel distorted and can be caused my anxiety. Have you seen a doctor? Anxiety can really do "weird" things. Best of luck to you. Hope you feel better soon.

As others have posted already, you're experiencing the Depersonalization symptom of anxiety. I've had this also and it def was one of my most hated symptoms of anxiety =/ Honestly, the way I got over it, was just by ignoring and going about my life. Eventually it went away. I hope it never comes back lol
