Weird anxiety symptoms ?

Its been a while since i posted on here but last nite i woke up sweating and had a chill in my sleep and then i got worried and starting sweating and googling started to calm down then i got warm again and got chills. I woke up and checked my temperature and its normal. I also kinda had like my skin feeling hot all over.

My legs are also extremely sore and tired feeling along with my back and neck basically my entire body and ive been worried about the leg pain and overall soreness plus just everything else going on in my life and im wondering if all this together is all related to anxiety.

kinda freaks me out about the sweating and chills but no fever plus it happens while im half asleep not sure if i subconsciously am worrying or is it all the stress effecting my body and brain.

I hate these feelings i never know if something is wrong or is it just in my head.

appreciate any feedback from others that can relate

it’s most likely related to stress and anxiety. What I did was go and get a complete physical examination, lab work including complete blood count, etc. when everything came out fine, then I worked on managing my stress and anxiety. I got a virtual counselor, exercising, eating healthy, meditations, started working on changing my thinking from negative to positive,. Instead of me laying around and worrying and wondering which I found to be even more miserable than going to the doctors!

stop googling! You are not going to diagnose yourself that way and it won’t have anything to do with what’s going on with you. It will increase your anxiety for no reason.

rise above it and do what we have to do. I do hope you start to feel better soon!
