For about two weeks now I’ve been experiencing pain in the left side of my back, around my shoulder blade. It seems to mostly happen at night (and it’s not constant - it comes and goes) when it’s happening it’s when I take a breath or twist my body. I thought maybe it was a pulled muscle but it’s not going away. should i be worried?
