Weird body sensations!!!

lately i have been feeling like im "sinking" like physically feeling as if my body is sinking... when im driving my body will feel like its going completely number and my face feels so warm like im going to pass out!!!! can anyone else relate?

    sounds like you were having anxiety symptoms. Anxiety can cause hundreds of different body sensations including feeling really warm or numb, lightheaded etc. Is anything in your life causing anxiety? I also recommend getting a complete check up by your doctor for your peace of mind. For now, try relaxing your mind as much as possible. Do long slow deep breathing, listen to some meditations on YouTube for anxiety and proper breathing, etc. If you know what is causing your anxiety, it really helps to talk to a counselor about it. They can give you the tools to help you manage this better. I hope you feel better soon!

      thank you for the tips! yes i am currently suffering from severe anxiety and depression and panic disorder. i just didnt know if this too was part of anxiety or if i need to see a neurologist... i hate to keep being a hyperchondriac

    I get the sinking, swaying and imbalance. It's manageable and I am told it's anxiety. I found a site that explains every symptom and why. I don't get dizzy to where anything spins, its more like its inside me moving. Hard to explain...

      Hi Ccosta I'm just like you movements inside my body I feel like my body moving inside and rocking .I was told it's anxiety and stress building up in my body .When I stand on the spot I feel like I'm swaying .I went to see a psychiatrist he told me l go Somatization Disorder . Could you tell me the site you mentioned that explains the symptoms? could you send me the link? Thank you so much .
