Ive discovered these weird little bumps in my vagina and I don't know what they are. i am going to make a dr appointment but I have VA healthcare so it will probably be a little while before I can get in. anyone have any ideas? they are inside the vaginal opening.

It is 100% normal. It's simply skin, vaginal rugae, and most people have it. The vagina is actually very bumpy.
