Weird bumps on frenelum

Ive had this for about as long as i can remember having sex it started out as just 2 dots and barely now after 5-6 years they start spreading. Never bothered me never itched not burn when im urinating. They dont scab over like herpes dont bust. nothing. Went to get check but they said it was skin tags i just want to know what it is because its spreading.

      So, Adhari has covered the issue relevant to age - that is, they are simply a normal development to your penis

    There's nothing wrong with these lumps- they are Tyson's glands (Google), which are a specialised type of sebaceous (grease) gland located on either side of the fraenum. They vary in size between racial groups, but they tend to become more prominent during adolescence and into early adulthood and are simply a feature of sexual maturity.

    Nothing to worry about and no treatment necessary.
