I have had some odd bumps on my penis for quite a while now (one of the bumps showed up about 6ish years ago) but recently more of these odd bumps have showed up, about 4 total now. These bumps seem to have an opening at the top, and I have tried to pop them before and a very small amount of whitish pus came out. They are not painful in any way, and I have not been able to figure out what they are so I can try and figure out how to get rid of them.

Do NOT try to pop them, this is not the way to deal with them. White pus is a sign that an infection is present within the skin.

Are you circumcised? In which country do you live?

I am circumcised, and I am from the US. As a note, the pus that came out was an extremely small amount if that means anything.

So the important element in terms of the pus is the recency: when was this, how recent or long-ago was this?

In terms of getting a medical professional to check what you have going on: can you get to see a Urologist, or a Dermatologist?

Alright so it's probably as recent as just a couple months ago, and goes back to when the first bump showed up a couple of years ago. On another note the pus is white, and has always been an extremely small amount, like barely see it on a finger tip small amount. I can almost certainly see a urologist or dermatologist for this. I have been sexually active within the past couple months, however these bumps appeared long before I was ever sexually active so I do not think it's an STD.

If you post an update once you have seen a medical professional .....

I think these bumps are the pus/substance that are created because of the moisture that builds up on the bumps that weren't healed properly after your circumcision. Sometimes when I squeeze out the same thing you described. I believe it's no big deal, I think they are bumps that haven't healed as they should and join this type of substance. I've never had sex before, so I guess that's it.

      Suspect you are right.

Certainly it was either a badly done circumcision or the remaining skin tried to reattach to the glans afterwards.
