weird bumps wondering what it could be

I was in a sexual relationship a few months back with someone who said they might have had contact with someone with herpes previous to meeting me. I thought I may not have got it because I had no symptoms, however, recently I have saw a couple of these little bumps on the right side of my lower shaft and one near the thigh. I was wondering if this is for sure herpes or if it could be another STI/STD or anything else. Also previous to seeing them I didn't shave my pubic area for a few months until I noticed them and wanted a clearer view. Below are images of the bumps.

    it kind of look like a genital wart to be honest, I would have a general doctor look at them
