Weird calcium disorder

My shoulders and my arms won’t stop aching… for three months. They said I had arthritis on my right shoulder’s ball joint, during a recent X-ray. My hands are numb, and my arms ache. I wake up and flip over 30 or 40 timer per night because my shoulders and arms are aching. I have calcific lumps that have shown up over time, here and there, and then disappear. Some have remained. I ‘m pretty sure I have Dupuytren's disease. The tendon to my right ring finger is building up something and deforming the surface of my palm. They also said I have a calciferous/walled off infection in my right lung, but is benign and will go away over time. They weren’t too alarmed, and I didn’t worry about it. About three months ago, I started to ache in my arms, and sleeping drives my rotator cuffs crazy. I tried to take multi-vitamins and iron to calms them down. Seemed to work at first, but now is less effective. I recently had a blood test and they said I have an iron deficiency and to take a supplement. Iron problems are hereditary along with osteoarthritis. Is there some sort of a weird calcium disorder out there that matches this that anyone knows about? I don’t have insurance, so I am just trying to figure out if I can take a supplement that my body is not able to take absorb well anymore. I m wondering if it could be calcific periarthritis...

The only suggestion l have is condroiton/glucosomine to relieve pain. The combo helped arthritis on my ankle. Also get a c-reactive # to check on inflammation. A #1 is goal for women. Diet is always involved to lower the #.(

Magnesium can sometimes help with pain. It, and VITAMIN K2 (not K1), are both important for the proper absorption of calcium. Along with Vitamin D, of course.
In my experience glucosamine will not really act as a pain killer but I believe it works to preserve cartilage and is a useful supplement to slow the progression of osteoarthritis. So, indirectly, it helps with lessening pain as it is helping to preserve health of the joints. I myself have taken it for about 30 years, starting when I was 40.
Also, as Joanna said, did they check your inflammation markers? You have a number of different symptoms so you should be given tests which check multiple systems of the body and if questionable results are found, other than the iron you already know about, then a more targeted test can confirm or rule out possibilities. I really don't think Dr Google is the best source for you, although I appreciate you want to have ruled out some of the expensive work which may otherwise have to be done. But without your health, what do you have? If you have your health, then most things are possible.
Good luck. Do keep in touch and let us know how you get on.

My lower spine started to be bothersome , I was 16 now 63,
I was told that I had Spondalousus, disc rupturing, and my Spinal cord was 3 times to small.
That was that, going from hyper active to I suffer doing house work.
now my upper spine hurts super bad, I Wake up from pain, I can't sleep laying on my right hip, my preferred way to lay in bed.
I have a new doctor, saying it is a Grey hair thing.
Later I get a bone Density spray, Doc. says I have Osteoporosis.
After much more pain, weight loss from 105 to 80 pounds
He says I'm just small. I had another bone Density test,
He call on me to come in to see him.
And that he never does.
He tells me if I fall I could break my hip.
Now my knuckles and feet hurt, my palms feel like, calluses inside just under the skin.

From research, SRI and SrI 1s cause Osteoporosis
I have been medicated for 18 years , 4 pills all cause Osteoporosis.
I mentioned it to him, he laughs at me for being silly. The Pharmasist
knows about this to be true.
He writes me a prescription for Trazadon, Prozac, and a new pain releaver for my Osteoporosis, looking it up this pain releaver causes
Osteoporosis, along with the others, Is he serious
I can't believe how nobody checks before it gets out of control.
If I knew, I would have said no to any pill long term
that will do this damage , making my life suck.

A I do is rest until I can move about.
